If you can't find your tracking number, please contact us.
Where is my order confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email soon after placing your order.
If you cannot see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you haven't received your email after a considerable amount of time, please get in touch so we can resend your confirmation.
What shipping service do you use?
We send all of our orders using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
No, we only ship domestically in the UK at the moment.
